Please follow the directions carefully to succesfully register. For summer camp candidates, if you cannot pay the full amount, please make a minimum deposit of $200.00. We are still accepting registrations for all weeks.

  • Print, complete, and sign parental consent form
  • Mail or fax, a copy of the insurance card with the parental consent form.
    (No application will be processed without a parent or legal guardian 's signature)
  • Receive email confirmation from FSSA.
  • Pay balance of payment by camp date .

Adult League

Future Stars Premier
wins the 2006 Atlanta Silverbacks Champions League. Micheal Mecerod was awarded MVP honors for the tournament. This is their fourth major tournament victory in the last three years. Congratulations Future Stars Premiere!!!
